Ascot Hotel København

We stayed here in November and the hotel was lovely! The bar area is a really nice place to grab a drink after a day out or before going out for dinner. They also let us check in early. The rooms are nice and so are the bathrooms. Having the coffee machine in the room is a lovely touch. There was some large scale construction going on nearby the hotel which you could hear, as well as some music at night from one of the clubs/venues nearby. That being said the location is so central and makes everywhere walkable that the noise at is just what you should expect as you’re so central! There is a lovely cafe on the corner by the hotel and lots of nice places to pop out for food/ staff seemed happy to help answer some questions about what’s nice to eat

We had a pleasant stay here for 3 nights. While the room was satisfactory, the bathroom was a bit cramped. However, the location was excellent, with easy access to the train station and several popular tourist attractions. The service was truly fantastic.

The hotel has an old world charm. Located near Central Station and Tivoli. There is a nice and cosy bar but no restaurant. We got a 20% discount from Uformel restaurant because we stayed at Ascot hotel. Bicycle rental is available here Room service is very slow. Cleaning up does not finish until after 3pm. There is no kettle in the room. Not sure if this is normal settings for Nordic countries. We like drinking warm water so we had to get it from the coffee machine. One tiny cup at a time

Nice hotel. Room was a bit small but fine, comfortable beds and clean. Hotel is in a great location. Only downside was that there was a construction site that woke us up very early everyday.

I think overall very nice hotel. Great location, great value for money. I would like to thank Daniel from the reception for his warm welcome and assistance during our stay- he is wonderful. The only downsides- no bell boy services, and the rooms are not sufficiently heated (there's a noisy AC but it's not too much.)

The room was cozy with a good size. Bed is very comfortable, only thing with it is that instead of a big quilt they have two small ones. The other thing is that tv is smart but it did not work. Bathroom shower has a lot of pressure so thats a plus to get a good shower after all the cold winds of the city. Service was really nice as all the people in copenhagen. Has a storage for suitcase, and all equipment in the room are good. The location is perfect to travel around the city, and theirs everything you need a walk by. Shops, restaurants, fast food, trivoli gardens.

Quality hotel, 5 star service, friendly staff. Clean rooms and stunning architecture

The room was comfortable. However, there were several issues that made the stay disappointing. The TV in the room was not working, and when I reported it to the staff, they acted very casually and didn’t offer any help, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the water flow in the shower was very slow, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. The sink also had drainage issues, with water flowing out extremely slowly. Considering these problems and the lack of helpfulness from the staff, the overall experience didn’t feel worth the price. For the cost, I expected much better facilities and attentive service.

We stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights. The location is very nice...you can easily walk everywhere from the hotel (central station, Tivoli Park, we also walked to Christiania) The staff is super friendly... it's just a shame I can confirm that they don't redo the rooms despite the sign hanging outside... we had to go to reception to ask for clean towels If breakfast is not included it costs money. 33 Euros A little excessive for what they offer... very few sweets... the savory one is a little better... but it's not worth it for that price Beautiful Copenhagen.
