Ascot Hotel København

Fantastic environment, own cocktail bar (with pre-set drinks) - can recommend the drink Naked in the bathroom, which is supposed to be a tribute to the hotel's origins as a bathhouse. However, they have a rude, guest-working bartender who lacks common sense. No own restaurant but proper breakfast facilities with classic big hotel breakfast (couldn't notice the juice). Close to the central station. Clean and nice room, a bit cozy. A distant church bell was heard ringing once every half hour.

A pleasant hotel, close to the city center. A plus: a balcony with a view of the surrounding area. Comfortable bed.

Very centrally located hotel. The rooms (according to reception) are very small. We stayed there for a week and couldn't unpack our suitcases (because the closet was extremely small) or store them anywhere. The bathroom also lacks a shelf. Room service seems a bit overwhelmed. There were no towels, and the room wasn't cleaned very thoroughly. The breakfast (€33) is OK. However, special requests, such as a fried egg, aren't possible. The bar deserves special mention, with excellent service; the Argentinian bartender is especially great.

Great location, and near to many good metro stations. It’s also about 20-30 mins away from the airport by metro: It’s very near Tivoli, and there’s lots to do around the area. The room is decent sized for a couple, and amenities are decent but not amazing. I must note for travellers, especially those from Asia like myself, must take note that the hotel does not have air conditioning in the room. To get air, you have to open the windows, which during the summer could be warm or loud. The hotel does provide a couple of fans for you to circulate the air within the room.
