Atami Sushi Restaurtant - Billund Billund

I ordered a takeaway however didn't experience the same issues other reviewers have. Everything was fine except the beef skewers. These were the driest, chewiest chunks of meat I've ever eaten

To Atami Billund, Despite arriving late for our reservation without giving notice, we were greeted with great hospitality. Although our reservation had been cancelled, we were still welcomed and experienced exceptional service. A special thank you must go to the employee Jasmin, who with her presence and energy made a big difference for us. Despite a full restaurant she quickly found us a table and made sure our order was prioritized as we had limited time. Her calm and professional approach created a relaxed atmosphere and she enabled us to enjoy dinner without stress - even with extra time to finish eating. We had an excellent experience and can highly recommend Atami Billund to anyone who appreciates good service and delicious sushi. We are already looking forward to the next visit. The kind of all you can eat sushi place I like. Order from tablet, delivery quickly via serving robot. Decent selection of sushi and sides.

Nice restaurant with delicious sushi. However, the dessert was disappointing with only one option other than ice cream. We also experienced rather long waiting times for the food. We ordered a crème brûlée each with over 45 minutes left at the table. After waiting half an hour we gave up and got some ice cream instead. With 8 min left of our 2 hours, a waiter finally came with our crème brûlée and put them on the table saying that she "is going to use our table soon so we have to go." It honestly left a bitter taste in the mouth as we had waited so long to get our dessert and then were met with scolding and haste. We also ordered an extra soft drink (directly from the staff) which never arrived, and on the way we could hear the staff arguing at the till/counter about being in a hurry. Not immediately a good or pleasant experience. The food is good, but I'd rather recommend using one of Atami's other locations.

The sushi is good, however there's usually a lot of mayo to sushi ratio for certain kinds of sushi.

Nice place, good sushi selection with all you can eat option. Robots bring you plates! Reservation recommended, usually gets busy.

Good food, good service and good atmosphere. The only thing missing is more parking spaces. An incredible amount of wasted space outside that could be used for parking spaces
