Atami Sushi Restaurtant - Billund Billund

We got sushi here. We wanted to order online, but this is only possible with a mobile number from Scandinavia and Germany. Other countries are not supported. We thought we would miss out on the 10% discount on the food, but that wasn't a problem on the spot. We received the discount upon showing what we wanted to order. Super friendly staff, super tasty food, and the restaurant looked neat and well-maintained.

Sushi is great! Hot buffet a bit hit and miss. Crème Brulé for dessert is a must. Large ice-cream selection. Soya sauce only comes with your drinks order, so get it in first. Soya is too salty but you can request gluten free which is better. Human service was ok. The robot delivering to your table efficient and cute. Can recommend for sure.

The food and service are fantastic.

If you are bringing children to visit Lego house and Legoland, this is the best restaurant to take them to if they like sushi. That's a lot of qualifiers but an a la carte sushi buffet for less than what most places charge for a kids meal is insane value. Sure, the hot food quality may be average at best but it's very palatable. The spicy beef soup is no slouch 😋 Besides MINI CHEF for the novelty, I'd bring my kids here for EVERY other meal.

It is not the coziest restaurant. The food is good and the concept is all you can eat. You can eat at the self-service buffet, and you order sushi via a tablet. It will be brought to you by the robot. The staff is super attentive, friendly, and willing to help.

Had a great lunch at this restaurant opposite the LEGO House. The place was clean, well-kept, and had a fun twist with the robot waiter/waitress-definitely something different. :) The sushi was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. We visited during an off-peak time, and there was only one staff member running the restaurant, which made it even more impressive - she was absolutely fantastic. Kind, attentive, and handled everything smoothly.

The sushi was excellent, ordered via tablet and delivered to our table by a robot. The server took a very long time to wipe down and reset our table. We had to ask how it worked, as it was buffet night. Many items on the buffet ran out quickly, but were gradually refilled. The ice cream counter looked quite neglected. We arrived at 7 pm. Overall, the sushi was very fresh and delicious.

Almost always the same high standard, however, I have experienced several times that the buffet lags a bit behind compared to the sushi.

All you can eat buffet for a very reasonable price! You can pick from the dishes at the common area, or order sushi and other Japanese style dishes via the tablet. The food ordered from the tablet were actually very nice (with the exception of the tempura which uses the wrong batter!). The food at the common area is passable, and didn’t look as appetising, so we opted for the food from the tablet. Expect huge crowd as people visit the restaurant after spending a day at Lego House. The restaurant was very chaotic and some staff look irritated probably due to the high workload. Things only quietened down towards the later part of the evening.
