Super cozy cafe in the middle of the forest. They have good food made with good ingredients. It's expensive but it's worth it🌟 Highly recommended if you want to sit for a longer time indoors or outdoors at a cafe

I had been SO looking forward to visiting Atelier Skoven for the magical atmosphere. A café in a forest? FANTASTIC. We are greeted by a really sweet waiter - who is very welcoming. My waffle was so delicious! The food is generally really good. BUT - and this is the reason why Atelier Skoven does not get 5 stars. I order an iced matcha strawberry and ask to make the extra matcha in the flavor (I explain that I am often disappointed because it does not taste like anything at many cafés) she will tell me and make sure of it. When I get it, it tastes very much of coconut milk, strawberries but not matcha. I ask if it can be made with more flavor. Or if it can be made again, possibly with less water and more matcha. When the waiter comes back, she says that we can buy a new matcha. (They cost 82 kr?!) I ask if I can just get a small splash of water to mix extra matcha powder in which I can then pour into my existing drink instead ... I am then told that I can buy a shot of matcha for 30 kr. No. Thanks. The filter coffee we ordered costs the same as an Americano, and we expected it to have a refill. No - it didn't. And it came in a mini cup. Really really disappointing experience with the drinks and the service (not the woman who served us, she was super nice) It just seems incredibly strange to me that you have to pay extra for something that they haven't delivered properly to begin with. Or at least try to meet the guest's wishes ☀️

Fantastic place with such delicious products... the outside area is super cozy in the summer... I drive all the way from Copenhagen to taste their delicious products

Cozy place on a lovely summer day. We had cocoa and booster with waffle and cake. Absolutely delicious.
