14/03/2024: Da min mand og jeg altid er på kig efter en god og lækker restaurant på Vest-sjælland, havde vores øjne faldet på denne Perle.
Vi havde forud bestilt 4 retter.
hver ret blev akkompagneret med et køreglas vin, altså et halv glas.
vi startede med en rå ørred, som var dejlig blød og en fin afbalanceret vin til denne.
Til den lækre sandart, kom der en super lækker vin ind fra Strum, som var perfekt til fisken. den havde fine syrlige noter, som var så fantastiske med fisken.
Chateaubriand fik en smagsfuld Amerikansk Merlot, med noter af vanilje og chokolade, som passede rigtigt godt til gris og morkler.
Desserten havde de lavet om , fordi jeg er hasselnød allergiker, og min mand laktoseintolerant.
Den var måske ikke deres bedste, men 5 stjerner for forsøget.
Vi var meget begejstret, og vi vender tilbage.
10/02/2024: Helt igennem dejlig oplevelse. Fik 4-retters middag med vin smage/køre-menu (fantastisk at det er muligt så man kan smage nogle vine, og stadig køre). Service var helt i top, maden var perfekt, alt spillede. Kæmpe anbefaling.

04/02/2024: Cozy dance event that was held yesterday. Fresh and friendly waiters .. who helped create the good atmosphere😉
And cozy place..will definitely come again.

31/03/2024: Really nice hotel and room... Good breakfast and good bar... The price was as it should be, but remember and order dinner... Otherwise, they have nice restaurants down in the city
19/03/2024: I was there for a course, so can't describe the works. But if they're in line with the rest, I guess they were fine.
In general, it is clean, neat, maintained and the indoor climate was also on the better side.
The food was ok, the quality itself was good enough, personally I would like to think about a little more breadth in the food, e.g. that not all salads had dressings/oils added, but that maybe it was something they managed themselves.. but then that tasted fine enough. A point of improvement could be the handling of dining, it's nice enough with the small "islands" with food on them, but when people don't know how to get around, it ends up being an unnecessary queue.
The staff were smiling and looked well groomed.

The owners are super nice and welcoming, but there have been some young employees who were not at their best, but that happens

25/03/2024: The cafe is the best thing that has happened in Sorø in the last twenty years.
11/12/2023: We were here on a cold winter's day, when there was a fire in both stoves. It was really nice to sit warm and comfortable in the beautiful old historic premises. The coffee☕ was professionally prepared and I had a long chat with the host about coffee beans and the process of how the little red fruit ends up turning into a good cup of coffee. It was just a great experience!

24/12/2023: Sweet volunteer ladies who look after this coffee house, coffee from the jug with refills for DKK 10, you can't get it cheaper anywhere else in the city, if you're not snobby, this is the place, well, you have to bring the atmosphere yourself!!!
09/11/2023: Can only highly recommend a visit to Cafe Intro. Always nicely received and wonderful homemade organic treats for the palate and stomach. There is also room for a good chat, regardless of what is on your mind. Full of warm-hearted women and men who voluntarily serve our visitors to 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

17/03/2024: Really nice bar with a lot of nice people. Service with Helle was fantastic! Unlike Nadja's service, the most flabby bartender I've ever met. She was definitely only there for the money, she didn't even try to smile and her tone was very condescending. But otherwise super cozy place and I would definitely go there again when Nadja is not at work.
