02/03/2025: The food was as good as ever, the problem was mostly that they were understaffed. They said one of the chefs was off, so it took up to 30-40 minutes every time you ordered something to get to the table. Very disappointing. Can recommend ordering from outside, it's much more efficient.

02/03/2025: Have had Unki sushi at 5 stars for the last 4 years, but they lost two stars tonight. We arrived at 17.30 and left at 19.45 after having 5 "all you can eat". Sushi Rolls took 35-45 minutes after ordering. We got 50 kroner of tapwater discounted at the end but left frustrated and hungry. Only 1 person out of the five of us was full, the rest were hungry. They said that they were 1 person down in the kitchen, and should have let us know that service would be slow when we arrived. There were 4 other tables that felt equally robbed of a good evening (we talked to them). The rolls were cut unevenly and some didn't even have rice inside them. Just a prawn surrounded by seaweed. I would recommend asking how busy they are and if they have full kitchen staff available - or go elsewhere. 2 stars deducted. Sorry.
