Backyard Burger Herning

Don't know what they do, this is just where you find the best burger. Their fries are also really good.

First time we visited Backyard Burger where we got a Lucky Lunch lunch menu each. Super delicious burger, good fries and a large amount - at least you left full! Besides that, there was incredibly sweet and polite service

Delicious burgers with the most delicious Milkshake. Can highly recommend Blueberry. Cheap, cozy and with swings as chairs.

Ordered a Smokehouse and a Nasty Nashville as takeaway. Returned home and unpacked, it could be ascertained that both burgers only had one steak, they should both have had two. The burgers are made in a nice soft brioche bun with ok accessories, but there was a little too much BBQ dressing for the Nasty Nashville burger. When I visited them the next day and brought the experience to my attention the response was a shrug, no sorry, no offer to make up for it. The service is poor but the food is ok, just check that you actually get what you pay for!

Backyard burger in Herning must have tested their food. Arrived at 12.10 and immediately ordered a so-called Lucky Lunch XL menu. The service was quick and very polite. It took approx. 10 minutes later, the food was served at the table in a slightly industrial deep plate where the burger is in a small paper pocket and the fries are loose next to it. The burger consists of a brioche bun that is soft and tastes ok, the XL version here consists of 2 steaks of approx. 80-90 grams each and the meat is gastro veal, it tastes quite nice without being sloppy. There is a fresh lettuce leaf, fresh tomato, home-pickled cucumbers which taste great and red onion. There is surprisingly a lot of green in it which is nice. There is a bit of mustard in it and far too much ketchup and an ok amount of mayonnaise. The delicious thing is the cheddar cheese, which tastes wonderful, that is, really wonderful. The burger itself is quite ok without being flashy. French fries are coarse fries with a peel and the amount is fine, some are crispy while others are soft and not quite enough, the ones that were soft you could press and it spilled out with fried fat, which is not delicious. For fries I had a homemade garlic mayonnaise and jeez I won't be attacked by vampires in the coming weeks, it was way too much that wasn't great. DKK 115 for 1/2 liter soda, burger and fries + 10 for dipping. Yes, I think the price is ok and would rather eat here than at the golden seagull, but I thought the DKK 10 for dipping was too much. Generally an ok meal that could be tightened up in various places. But cozy place, good service and still full. 3.5 out of 5 stars.
