03/03/2024: Highly recommended, really fresh and glowing food, well seasoned could really see and taste that it was all freshly made. Also a reasonable price. We came from Vejle, but this is not the last time we visit this restaurant.

17/02/2024: We visited 16th February at 18:30. Selected our non alcoholic menu shortly afterwards. Our Foundation menu started rolling in and we finished around 21:50. Subjective Observations: Good explanation of each course and drink Food and plating was not visually exciting in the sense of color Plating was average with food always centered Around 19:15 onward the kitchen cooking smell had traveled to the dining area and this conflicted with all the green decorations inside the restaurant. Not a pleasant experience. Pork neck was imported from Spain which did not make sense for me as Denmark is world famous for Pork. Black current dessert shaped like dog pawn over snow had a clashing taste of sweet + mint + salt + Sichuan (spicy) pepper flakes. This was combined with ginger/cucumber beverage. Mint is a very daring move as some may not like the taste but the combination was the worst. I would give this desert 0 points together with the drink. Not recommend.

12/03/2024: Super concert with Krebs and Falch. We sat well, even though we had seats out on the side wings. There was a reasonable waiting time in the toilet and at the bar during the break.

01/12/2023: Best baker in West Jutland. 15 years ago I was introduced to their pastry cake man with marzipan. Good with remonce and with chocolate foam under the marzipan. I have eaten it about 50 times since. Bought it for student parties, cake for colleagues and for my own silver wedding. Nothing beats that cake. Their other cakes are also beautiful and contain everything a cake should. That means rarely fruit and vegetables ;)

20/01/2024: What should have been a pleasant evening turned into a stressful and annoying experience. The restaurant clearly had a capacity problem - we waited an incredibly long time for both food and waiters' attention, and we ended up canceling dessert as we didn't want to wait any longer. The service seemed inexperienced and stressed, and menu cards, glasses, etc. were forgotten. The worst part was the acoustics. We were sandwiched between two companies in the glass section and could not talk to each other at all due to the sound level. We will not come again.

01/04/2024: We stayed two adults and two smaller children. We had a superior extra room and had plenty of space including a sofa and chair to relax in. Free parking on site and close to town. The breakfast buffet has what you expect and was delicious. However, the columns around the buffet caused people to queue or not be able to get around. But all in all fine. The location next to the railway station and bus terminal caused noise, you might want a room away from it or higher up. Coffee to go in the restaurant was low key and easily a plus. Would stay there again.

25/03/2024: Good conditions - not f.o.r. fine, but suitably high standard for most social classes. During the weekend we stayed there, there were lots of national team boxers, MGP guests and famous people. There aren't many things to put a finger on!

26/03/2024: Super delicious sushi for takeaway, fresh and lots of flavor at a good price.

17/03/2024: The food was good and came quickly, occasionally they forgot to bring a few things, but that is to be expected in larger groups when you order ad libitum anyway.
