I generally think their bakery has been delicious and have been down here a few times now. The staff are nice and things seem to be under control, but... things are slowly starting to go a little downhill. The quality is declining. I also had an experience where we came just before closing time and asked for a couple of croissants and cinnamon rolls. The staff then chose to give us some that were not fully baked. I asked if she could not choose one of the many other croissants and cinnamon rolls that were right next to it, because the ones that were chosen were clearly both small and unbaked. Unfortunately, that was not possible... I don't know if it's the management that incentivizes this behavior or if it was just a bad day, but it's not ok. I regret that I did not choose not to buy it. I think the quality should be top notch for those prices, and it leaves one with a very cheap impression to offer something that is clearly either going to be sold at a discount or thrown away. I hope you will switch to more fresh and ready-baked bakery products

So the staff were super nice, but unfortunately the coffee machine didn't work and they had a different price for breakfast than what is stated on their website. They had also run out of yogurt for breakfast. A bit unfortunate all in all, but as I said, some nice employees who handled it well.

All very good for a breakfast, lower prices than those in the center of Cph, very friendly and kind staff. Recommended!

Great choice of pastries (epsecially love the cinammon ones) , amazing coffee and hot chocolate.

Coffee, desserts are all very delicious. And they are also very friendly. We loved it.
