Excellent coffee, pastry and bread!

Very good bread and cakes. Also nice for morning coffee with a bun with cheese.

Took their morning package: a bun with cheese and a regular cup of coffee with cheese. 58 kr. Had to wait a bit long for it but both tasted excellent. The price was just on the high side in the island.

We only bought bread and cookies there. Not cheap, but delicious!

We were on holiday and bought 8-9 rolls every day. The prices were expensive but the quality was very good!

I searched Google Maps for a bakery near the cottage I was staying in and was suggested Bagt in Gilleleje. It was a 14-minute drive from where I was, but I thought the reviews looked good, so I thought it must be worth it! And I wasn't disappointed :) Several people have said that the bread is on the high end, and you could easily say that it is, but being from Copenhagen like I do, I actually thought Bagt was on the same level. I got a brownie because I had seen someone else review this and thought I had to try it... and it definitely didn't disappoint. Good toppings, good cinnamon flavor and then some cream in the middle, which was really delicious, but could also easily have been done without. The bread was also quite nice. I can definitely recommend Bagt to others who are in the area or driving by randomly.
