Bakery by Hermann Gentofte

By far my favourite bakery in Copenhaga. I love stopping by early in the morning on my way to the office and to grab some of fresh Hermann-boller bread (that's so delicious, with the right blend of seeds, flavours and softness). Everything is so delicious, the cakes are simply the best, and from the first bit you can definitely taste the high quality of the raw ingredients. The staff members are always warm, kind and friendly, and they make my day. The background music is relaxing, bringing a lot of joy. Also, the Too-good-to-go bags are very generous, with a diversity of breads and cakes. If I miss something that other bakeries have, it will be a bread slicing machine.
