Bandholm Hotel Lolland

My first experience of Bandholm Badehotel was today with my daughter. Despite the short distance from Nysted to Bandholm, I had never eaten there. I did today and it is definitely worth a visit. The food, a 2-course menu of beetroot tartar as a starter and steamed cod as a main course, both tasted fantastic and was beautifully presented. Bandholm Badehotel is classic and beautiful with a beautiful view of the Småland Sea and Bandholm town is a really beautiful little quiet town right next to Knuthenborg Safaripark that also just has to be experienced. A town close to Maribo and the beautiful lakes and Kragenæs / see the Dodecanese and sail to Fejø, Femø and Askø on Eventyr. Can definitely recommend the place. Thanks for the great food👍

Nice newly renovated hotel with a nice location by the beach. The restaurant is very high class with good service.

We arrived here with rather low expectations. What we found then was a big surprise: - a very nice old & well-renovated beach hotel, with a large terrace, less than 50 meters from the beach -very friendly welcome from competent reception staff - a beautiful, very tasteful & modern room - spacious bathroom, with a very large shower & guest supplies like in the grand hotel - excellent restaurant When we arrived we asked about wellness options: we were immediately offered the hotel's own barrel sauna and the two hot tubs. both almost on the beach. that was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back!
