Bandholm Hotel Lolland

Fantastic! Cozy hotel, lots of guests, lovely atmosphere in the restaurant! Incredibly good food! Wonderful service by Matilda in the restaurant! We felt completely safe in our food choices! Thank you so much for a great experience.

We stayed here for one night during a trip and were greeted by super friendly staff. The room was neat and clean, the breakfast was very very good, and the place has bucketloads of character. If I have to make one comment, than i would be that the parking for guests in the adjacent accommodations fills up quickly and is not well-organized. Regular cars are not allowed to park in the parking spaces reserved for electric cars, while electric cars are allowed to park in the spaces for regular cars. Another somewhat strange fact was that you have to reserve a table at the hotel´s restaurant if you want to eat, even though it was practically empty during our visit. If you want to eat in Bandholm, you're doomed to drive to other villages, as there's almost nothing in Bandholm. But overall, 4 stars mainly because of the parking situation and the strange requirement for hotelguests to reserve a table in an empty restaurant.

My first experience of Bandholm Badehotel was today with my daughter. Despite the short distance from Nysted to Bandholm, I had never eaten there. I did today and it is definitely worth a visit. The food, a 2-course menu of beetroot tartar as a starter and steamed cod as a main course, both tasted fantastic and was beautifully presented. Bandholm Badehotel is classic and beautiful with a beautiful view of the Småland Sea and Bandholm town is a really beautiful little quiet town right next to Knuthenborg Safaripark that also just has to be experienced. A town close to Maribo and the beautiful lakes and Kragenæs / see the Dodecanese and sail to Fejø, Femø and Askø on Eventyr. Can definitely recommend the place. Thanks for the great food👍

Super nice lunch at Bandholm, really delicious sandwiches and super sweet staff and it's super delicious, especially on a sunny day ☀️
