As a Thai tourist travelling with 2 of my friends, we can confirm that this is a true authentic Thai. The food was amazing, the service was brilliant, the owner and her husband were very friendly and talkative. They even gave us some complimentary spring rolls, they were so yummy ! On top of that, the price was very cheap, compares to other restaurants in Copenhagen. We would 100% recommend this hidden gem and support a family run business :)

It’s worth walking a little bit to get away from the tourist trails and come and eat in this little Thai restaurant. Excellent value for money, very friendly staff. To recommend.

We spent our last evening in Copenhagen there. The service was super friendly and explained all the dishes to us. The food was very tasty and made with love. The price-performance ratio was great. It's also nice that you can determine the level of spiciness yourself. Thank you for the lovely evening!

I’ve been to Bangkok Canteen multiple times and highly recommend the minced meat with vegetables and rice. I love spicy food and they not only made it spicy but gave me chili on the side to use ☺️ the fried noodles is also really good. I also love their small space with the open kitchen at the front

24/11/2024: I walked into this unassuming cafe on a regular gray and rainy Sunday. I walked out of the rain and cold into a universe of cacao. It has everything I like about cacao without any of the fuss. I had the best cup of ceremonial cacao to date and that’s saying a lot. I’ve been to a gazillion cacao ceremonies and none compare to the one simple and honest cup from Pods of Beans. That’s what I call a true heart opening.
