5/5 experience! I highly recommend it. The food was gluten-free and delicious; I had their classic dish with peanut sauce, rice, cabbage, and carrots (unfortunately, I can't remember the exact name). The food market itself was also really lovely; we watched the sunset over Copenhagen from there. If you have the time, it's definitely worth the trip.

The spicy peanut butter stew is a must have! Cannot recommend it enough! Was the best food I had in Copenhagen all weekend and the staff running the stall are super friendly and were great to chat to.

Gaia Cocktails

16/10/2025: Gaia team takes cocktail making to the new experimentation levels. All cocktails tend to have a presentation twist - either they arrive in a glass pipe or in a collectible race car model (!) or are presented out of a chinese noodle box - you'll have the wow and aha! moment. And of course, it all tastes great. You have a lot of options for cocktails in the city, but Gaia might just be the most creative spot. Definite recommendation.
16/10/2025: Excellent cocktails that looks spectacular and served with passion... plus theyre affordable! Easily my favorite cocktailbar in copenhagen so far

25/11/2025: Their cold rice noodle salads are really delicious. So are the side dishes.
18/11/2025: Went here for lunch just as it opened. The food was really delicious and the presentation is quite nice! Lots of chilli in there which is not usual for asian restaurants in Europe. The Bahn mi was perfect. The rice noodles were okay, maybe add a little more fish sauce to make it perfect.
