I am a visitor from Qatar to Denmark (Copenhagen). I learned about the restaurant by searching on Google, and people’s opinions encouraged me to go there. The place was beautiful, very very clean, the atmosphere was comfortable, the food was delicious and beautiful, the prices were very reasonable, the service was excellent, and the owner and employees of the shop were pleasant, respectful, and hospitable... Thank you very much. It was an experience. Excellent for me,,, I advise everyone to visit it, whether our Arab and Gulf brothers, as well as other nationalities, as the food suits all tastes. My rating for it is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Incredibly delicious and well plated dishes. You can really taste the smoked and grilled meat. Prices have gone up, but it's still worth every penny. Very kind and helpful waiters. I'll definitely be back, often. - - - Friday 18 o'clock: Restaurant full and take away very busy. Plenty of cooks and waiters, everything running smoothly.

The best food I can eat every time I travel to Copenhagen from Aarhus for work. My old Hood in Valby with the same fantastically sweet owner who has delivered the same good food and quality every single day for the past 15 years.

23/05/2025: It was pouring with rain, and I was desperately looking for a place where I could dry off a bit and grab a bite to eat—two hours before my departure. By chance, I spotted the traditional-looking facade in a truly unattractive setting, sought refuge there—and found paradise! Freshly prepared smørrebrød, all ingredients practically handmade, and even special requests (vegetarian) were accommodated. These were small works of art that tasted as good as they looked. Add to that an incredibly friendly and approachable owner and a freshly tapped Fadøl beer. The prices are extremely reasonable, and not just by Copenhagen standards. A must-try on any trip to Copenhagen.
16/05/2025: Fantastic stop for Smørrebrød. I went with my daughter and pleasantly sit at the counter. Everything is freshly made (in front of you). We choice a variety with fish, egg and shrimp, mackerel or pork roast. All of them had nice accompanied toppings, herbs, etc. And all tasted super delicious. Would highly recommend and it is very avoidable compared the deliciousness you get.

22/05/2025: Super fun place, we sat in the sun outside, had a lovely brunch with a positive surprising taste experience, can definitely be recommended, really delicious.
20/05/2025: Food was ok for the price, we ordered 5 different small dishes. the tiramisu dessert was delicious, the little chicken was ok, and the youghurt was as expected. Will probably visit again some day.
