Food and drinks are perfect but I don’t think it’s a welcoming place for everyone. When I walked in, I recall the attendant looking asking “Yes what do you want?” and very surprised — though she tried to hide it well quickly that I was here speaking in perfect English for a table. I’m almost 35 now and getting quite tired of such behaviour especially again you get coverage by the notable lifestyle magazine.

One of the worst restaurants calling itself a “Bottega” in this city. It has successfully stripped any semblance of what a Bottega is, and just used an ethnic name for aesthetics. Ive met nicer staff in random security checks at airports, in the US. Extremely pretentious. They were extremely rude to myself and my wife, we asked for allergy accommodation and the underpaid child waiter shrugged. Terrible experience that is becoming a tourist trap at a prime location full of pretentious and unpleasant staff and crowd.

>They always try their best.< The service is friendly but not particularly attentive or proactive. Maybe it was just too busy—it was definitely packed. The food and wines by the glass are excellent. However, the atmosphere is geared more toward groups. I was there alone and waited about 15 minutes to order and pay. Unfortunately, that stands out. Otherwise, there was no problem. It's definitely lively and sociable. Recommended for groups.

I really loved this spot. Really good food and in a super cute location. Ordered: Ricotta toast with peas, breakfast plate with eggs, tomatoes and bread, ginger shots, cortados. Service was just okay they were busy and wrapping up breakfast service so it's probably just the time of the day.

Good food but I sat there for 20 minutes after I got the menu without anyone taking my order. The staff were not very friendly either and seemed disinterested and bored. This was a real let down and I don't think I will be going back because of this.

Absolutely recommended if you’re looking for a delicious dinner! Beautiful, flavorful, very fresh ingredients. A kind and funny server, a pleasant and quiet location itself and filled with locals, which is often a good sign.

You’ll have to wave someone down to take your order and to take your check HOWEVER I have not had such a good meal in a very long time (and Copenhagen is packed full of incredible food).. the grilled cabbage, the burrata and the chicken.. the chicken skin was like duck skin - thick, crackly, crispy and the chicken itself was moist and juicy.... so good our table of three ordered two of them. I can understand why the staff isn’t paying attention to their patrons… just go… eat and enjoy the company of your table..
