Nothing less than an amazing experience. My wife invited me to the theatre, so I wanted to find a great place nearby for dinner. We’ve visited hundreds of restaurants in the city center and other neighborhoods, but we haven’t spent much time in Østerbro. Honestly, I chose Barner based on ratings, the menu, and the photos. It exceeded our expectations, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it to others. We’ll definitely be coming back. By the way, we ordered all the starters and first courses to share and can recommend every single dish and the amazing wine as well.

Very pleasant experience. The food was tasty and well balanced on flavours. The presentation of the plates is very nice and the service was incredibly professional and attentive. I recommend to book a table specially if you are thinking about going late in the evening (close to 19:30/20:00) since it was packed at that time)

Virkelig lækker mad og vin i superhyggelige omgivelser. Nærværende og søde tjenere, der møder gæsterne i øjenhøjde. Vi havde en dejlig aften, inden vi skulle se et stykke på Østre Gasværk 10 min. gang derfra.

Really highly recommended! We were a group of six people who had a hard time deciding. The waiter was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. A truly wonderful experience! A cozy atmosphere, great food and excellent service. For sure we will be back!

Great service. Delicious snails on polenta, steak tartare, and crème brûlée. Also great service and Negroni.

Fantastic french food in a relaxed setting. The duck main course was superb, but all dishes were great. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a delicious culinary experience in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, accompanied by friendly and attentive service. A notable highlight is the flexible hours, as orders can be placed until 9:30 pm, which is especially appreciated in a city where dining options are scarce after 9:00 pm, aside from pizzerias.
