Great restaurant with a view of the canal. You can sit inside or outside, even when it's colder. The seats are then heated with patio heaters. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly.

Wow, all I can say is this place has some harsh reviews that I couldn’t see it deserves. Our lunch here eating the classic Danish open sandwiches was a first time for me and a very pleasant one. The restaurant wasn’t very full at this point which was nice. The service was very friendly and helpful. The sandwiches were amazing, very nice mix of flavors and nicely displayed. Overall very nice experience! People need to stop being so picky and start enjoying things in life, don’t take things to serious, just a small tip 😄

A lovely restaurant in a central location in the city. The staff is friendly and speaks good English. The garden is also very inviting, although we opted for a table inside. The food is also very tasty, although we found the portions a bit small. As expected at this location, the prices are a bit high. Still, highly recommended!

We stayed inside. It looks like an Irish pub. Excellent live music. Delicious food, 160 DKR, which included a salad and shrimp starter, followed by a steak with fries and salad. Everything was delicious. You order everything at the bar, so it can sometimes get crowded. But nothing spoiled our evening, and the waitress was very efficient.

The food was average - pasta was a bit sad and tasteless. Pizza and calamari were very good though. The place, with its beautiful cosy interior and really nice staff, made up for the food.

We ate out on the patio on a beautiful fall day. The people beside us complained about slow service, but ours was fine. We both ordered the fish plate which was delicious. It was 3 open faced sandwiches - shrimp, plaice and smoked salmon. They were all very good.

It is a very well located place and the service is great, I enjoyed the food.

Very nice food (mussles and lobster soup), amazing view and location. But I give onlt 4/5 because of the most outrageous thing I ever seen at a restaurant. ”Max 3% tip” on the bill. It is not good for anyone, just bad treatment of employees, nothing else. I choose how much I want to tip, there is no need for ”Max 3% tip” on the bill. I feel sorry for the staff, It’s very, very bad ownership / Management.

We had a pleasant experience at Barock in Nyhavn! The location is absolutely beautiful with a great view of the canal. The staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxed Mussels so yammy

Nous avons été boire un verre au restaurant italien Brock en plein sur Nyhaven en face du canal et franchement rapport qualité-prix c'était imbattable. Nous avons pris un double irish Coffee et un verre de 220 ml de vin blanc les moins chers de Copenhague jusqu'à présent.
