Bars' Kaffehus Aabenraa

Unfortunately it was low season and the weather was anything but inviting. We were also the only guests on the entire island. The loving older lady was very friendly, but unfortunately only had coffee for us. But still recommended!

A great cafe and Barsø is a small beautiful island

Cozy Kaffehus with nice operators and very tasty cake. Their own honey is also delicious.

A nice little cafe. The owners are friendly. The offer is manageable, as the island is unlikely to be visited by very many visitors at the same time.

Really nice little Cafe... After almost 14,000 steps around the beautiful island, we got Bar's dish with Serano ham, Spanish salami, Kong Bar's cheese (milk from the island's cows) and the most delicious chicken salad with raw pickled cucumber and beach heirloom. Also homemade side dishes, toasted rye bread and crispy Sønderjyske Knebkaache. NOK 99 per person. Beautifully arranged and enthusiastically presented. Pleasant Rosé goes well with it. Polite and attentive service. And Coffee to go for the ferry ride. Thank you for delicious food... We'll be back.. 😋👌
