10/08/2025: Maybe it was because we were a party of 40 and they were understaffed that the schedule slipped. We were given 2 servings of the main course and were promised that more browned potatoes would come. However, that did not happen. More white potatoes did come, but long after the meat had been eaten. The food was good, although the meat looked like hamburger back and was served as “roasted like game”. Delicious ice cream for dessert, but too small portions.

08/08/2025: A Disappointing Experience.. Got fried pork.. Only half of the pork was crispy. The breaded pork had only just touched the pan long enough to soak up all the fat. The pieces looked more like Finnish bread that had been left out for too long. The potatoes tasted unsalted and the only positive thing you could say about the parsley sauce was that it was made with cream. Again the chef had forgotten the salt.
