A great place with a family atmosphere!

Best in Copenhagen… I tried calling them a day before, they were busy to answer the phone so I asked them to accommodate us by email, despite their hectic booking schedule they gave offered us a table, when I was expecting a no no no reply…. We enjoyed first class service and exceptionally good food. My son was back from University and was looking forward to eating at Bento as it was highly recommended. Sorry for the tired faces. Young mans bike was stolen from his school, we managed to track it down (AirTag) and not only that, managed to hand the thief over to the police too… So was a unforgettable dinner. Thank you.

Bento is a fantastic find! This family-owned restaurant serves up authentic Japanese cuisine with homely service and decent value. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal. I highly recommend the TonKatsu. The grilled Unagi was also great if you’re into eel.

Superb 5 star. Small cozy. Great atmosphere. Authentic Japanese dishes. Very tasty, very high quality. Really feels like a slice of Japan. Highly highly recommend.

A cosy little restaurant that was happy to take us as walk-ins. The service was fast and attentive and the food was absolutely delicious. We had the gyoza and beef with rice (gyudon?), which came with generous portions of miso, omelette and pickles. The seaweed salad was also 👌

I popped in on my first night in Copenhagen on the off chance they had a table, and they very kindly squeezed me in without a reservation. I had the sashimi platter and it was genuinely the best sashimi I've ever had- so fresh, varied and tasty. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Well worth a visit!
