The beers are good and the premises are pleasant, the open sandwiches are a bit too stale for me. The bread for the seafood salad is too compact, the others with rye bread were fried in butter. It becomes too heavy and slow to eat, in my opinion. Otherwise it was well made, the quality is impeccable. Just a hint, go straight into the Museum next door. The charming local history that takes 10 minutes, you can do while waiting for your food.

14/11/2025: This historic hotel is really nice. It has parking in the city center and a very cute room. It's very well located in the heart of Mariager. The restaurant is great; you can order several dishes, all at the same price, which allows you to try a variety of things. It's noisy with cars driving over the cobblestones, but that has its charm, and they even provide earplugs.
