Netto is a super nice store and looks great after it has been remodeled. I often shop there so nice with a beautiful store. Nice to have Føtex right next door so you can buy what they don't have in Netto.

Easy to find parking and desired warehouse.

Many shops and restaurants, big cinema is there too

BIG Shopping in Herlev: Nice shops, but it doesn't feel like a real center If you're looking for a place where you can quickly do a number of specific purchases, BIG Shopping in Herlev is an okay bet. The area is home to many large and popular chains such as Elgiganten, Nike Factory Store, Jysk and Føtex. There's nothing wrong with the selection of shops as such. The problem lies in the experience of being there. Because if you expect the classic, cozy and cohesive atmosphere of a traditional shopping center, you'll be disappointed. It doesn't feel like one unified center at all, but more like a random collection of shopping places that are just located on the same land plot. The biggest minus of BIG Shopping is the layout. There's simply too much distance between everything. The entire complex is built as a huge, open space surrounded by the large store facades, and that means you have to walk an incredible amount of outdoors to get from one store to the other. If you visit the place on a cold, windy or rainy autumn day, the shopping trip quickly becomes a rather unpleasant experience. You can't just stroll around in dry weather and be inspired, as you can in real indoor malls. Instead, you end up purposefully running from store to store to get shelter from the weather. The lack of a center feeling is reinforced by the lack of a natural gathering point. There are no cozy indoor arcades, no soft sofa areas and very little atmosphere. The whole thing has the appearance of being designed for practical large purchases rather than a definite shopping experience. The positive thing, however, is that there are good parking facilities, which makes it easy if you arrive by car and know exactly what you want. The cinema (Big Bio) and the adjacent eateries also spice up the experience a bit and give the area some much-needed life in the evening. All in all, BIG Shopping is a functional and even place. It works fine for practical purposes, but it completely lacks the soul, fun and coziness that binds a real shopping mall together. It's okay for a quick drive for specific items, but it's not a place you want to hang out for hours.
