BB lagde igen køkken, service og det flotte lokale til vores årlige nytårstræf. Denne gang var ingen undtagelse: alt er godt, og vi drages til stadighed tilbage.

The food tasted fine, but needs updating. The service is completely criticizable. No attention to whether the guests are missing anything. The waiter came and took half of the table's plates, the rest was left for a while. Had to get up and go and ask for the dessert card. On the other hand, full attention was paid to selling a copy of Thøgersen's new book. It will be a no thank you from here...

Bistro Boheme is a gem on the Copenhagen food scene. After my and my partner's visit, it is clear to us that this place is Copenhagen's very best French bistro and one of the city's best restaurants. The food was absolutely outstanding, the dishes were a suitable size and we didn't have a finger to put a finger on anything. The service was top notch and clearly reflected Per Thøstesen's background in three-star Michelin restaurants, e.g. at Bocuse. You are greeted by a smiling waiter who accepts your jacket and follows you to the table. Throughout, the waiters are attentive and pour one. After a good evening, your jacket will be held for you, so you can easily slide your arms into the sleeves and put the jacket on properly. Where else can you experience that in Copenhagen these days? It's service the old fashioned way - and we loved it! In addition to food and service, the restaurant is a feast for the eyes of an esthetician, and you get completely away from the trivialities of everyday life. It's not cheap to eat there, but you get what you pay for - and you get Copenhagen's best bistro.
