Delicious vegan restaurant, very attentive to gluten-free options; I'm celiac. We were lucky the waitress is Italian, so she was able to explain everything to us, especially for our first time in Copenhagen and at this restaurant. The dishes are interesting and delicious; the bread they make for celiacs is exceptional. The mushroom dish they grow is delicious and unique. A Michelin star, nonetheless.

A vegetarian restaurant like no other. We chose the menu with matching juices. Surprisingly delicious and pure flavor combinations. The creations also looked beautiful. The homemade matching juices were also worth trying!
Tip: The restrooms could use a Scandinavian makeover; they were messy.

A top vegan restaurant, definitely at the top of the gastronomic offer in Copenhagen. Very imaginative dishes, deliciously prepared. Large selection of wines, I recommend pairing with the menu. The staff is professional and friendly

A lovely place overall. First starter was fantastic, but after that in a big way down. I have eaten at several Michelin rated vegetarian restaurants and this was in another category totally, and not in a good way unfortunately. Only positive point at the end was resonable price. Will not return. Some plates were just bad.

LUPA – Vegan Fine Dining at a High Level 🌱✨
A real highlight: LUPA impresses not only with its stylish ambiance, but above all with a magnificently composed vegan 5-course tasting menu. Each course was a small work of art:
• 🍅 Tomatoes / Watercress / Rhubarb
• 🥖 Sesame Milk Bread
• 🫘 Øland Beans / Pumpkin Seeds / Olives
• 🍆 Eggplant / Bulgur / Cauliflower / Gooseberry
• 🍄 Mushrooms / Bourbon Glaze / Corn / Wild Garlic
• 🍨 Elderflower Ice Cream / Wild Berries / Gin
We also ordered the LUPA Fried Mushrooms, which simply blew us away – an absolute must-try! 🫶🏼
Instead of the wine pairing 🍷, we chose a bottle of Kleinknecht Pinot Noir, which perfectly complemented the menu and was delicious for all of us.
Even our self-proclaimed meat-loving friends were completely thrilled – proof that plant-based cuisine can be a joy, not a sacrifice 💚🙌.
The service was consistently attentive, warm, and at the same time pleasantly professional 😊👌.
Value for money: top-notch 💸

Lupa was quite simply amazing!
Entering into a well put together space that is warm and welcoming we were greeted warmly by the staff. While it may seem hyperbolic to say, truly we felt as at ease as we would in our own home - having dined at other restaurants who have been awarded the Michelin star I can confidently say Lupa is the only one I would visit again!
The tasting menu and pairing is exceptional, my wife put it best when she said "Every time a course is over I am sad because it was so delicious I didn't want it to be done, then the next shows up and I'm excited again!"
Fold into this their commitment to sustainability and ecological responsibility and it is an experience you simply cannot miss, and one I am looking forward to repeating when we can!
A special thank you to our server and the manager who took the time to help us sort out a payment issue, they were both truly kind and we never felt anything other than a genuine compassion that we had misplaced our physical card. It was never about the money for them and it shone through.

It takes a bold chef to bring street food flavors and ingredients into a Michelin star experience, and that was certainly achieved with a delicious punch here at Bistro Lupa. Blue Oyster Mushrooms from their own farm fried to perfection come out tasting like you're at a 5 star street side barbeque in Tennessee. To do a cast iron bread and bean dip dish is risky and yet it wowed, and had us wanting to lick the plate clean and finish even the crumbs. Barely a miss on this elevated street food menu and it left us impressed and wishing we could come back tomorrow for more. The non-alcoholic pairings show a level of prestige that is mind blowing and dominates the competition. Don't miss a chance to eat here.
