Bistro Lupa København

A fantastic discovery of vegan cuisine! And the staff were very friendly! Highly recommended.

My partner took me for my birthday, we had the set meal plus 4 wine pairing. The staff were so lovely from the start (Beatrice and sorry I cannot remember the waiter’s name!). They told us we could have the 3 wine pairing and decide if we wanted the 4th later on. We went for it and they were all delicious and well pared with the food. They also offered us top ups of any wine we particularly enjoyed. The food was exceptional, I am vegan and coeliac and they made sure it was gluten free. I didn’t feel as though I missed out with gluten free food. Before dessert they offered us an extra portion of one of the starters as they don’t like food waste and they had extra. We gladly accepted as this dish, fried blue oyster mushrooms with homemade BBQ sauce was amazing! The whole experience was lovely - amazing food and wine and lovely staff and atmosphere.

We had the Lupa experience and it was just fantastic. Regionally sourced and seasonal food. I am not a vegetarian but really did not miss meat or seafood! The wine pairing was very good and balanced well. Attentive and genuinely friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Will come again!

Going to a vegetarian restaurant without knowing it is a real pain. It's not clearly advertised on their website. The food is generally good quality, although somewhat sparse. Being vegetarian shouldn't mean going hungry.

The quality of both the food and the wine selection is simply perfect. The restaurant is a little cold, maybe the decoration or the inventiveness in them is a little lacking (my own opinion does not make the restaurant lose any of its value from this) The price is very good m, maybe I would even say very cheap. However, the quantity could be a little bigger or even one more dish for a more expensive price. Because as I said the price is very good! I will definitely come back if I go there again. I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND IT. I hope more restaurants get the green star, just like them. Hats off m, keep it up!!!

Until now, we've usually found vegan food difficult to get used to and didn't particularly enjoy it. Nevertheless, we've tried it every now and then, as we're curious foodies. Lupa absolutely thrilled us! An incredible taste experience! Thank you so much for this experience. We're already looking forward to our next vacation in Copenhagen. 🤗🌻 We'll definitely be back and would love to come back to Lupa. Relaxed greetings and see you soon.

We had dinner at Lupa last night, and loved the experience, even for me who is not vegan or vegetarian. The restaurant is located in a very nice neighborhood, and it is quite easy to book (we went there during the week). The website is very clear and functional, which is not the case for a good part of the (big) restaurants in town. Once we arrived there, we were charmed by the service: thank you Lucien for all the advice and the quality of the exchange, as well as the musical choice!! ;) . Let's come to the cuisine itself, which without everything else, is already worth the detour: we each ordered the Lupa tasting experience and were not disappointed, far from it: firstly, the quantities are generous but not too much and the balance of the dishes means that we could easily eat again and again! Our preferences went to the starter salad (a gem!), the carrot dish and the dessert (the pastry cream!!!). In short, go and have a look, and above all don't stick to just one dish, it would be a shame to miss out on the oyster mushrooms, the plains etc.
