Good experience of a place that values ​​quality highly. Very well-designed interior, sweet and welcoming service, and good craftsmanship. This is a little gem in Gilleleje, and is definitely recommended if you come to these parts!

We are visiting from the US and were excited to try seafood from the North Sea. The dishes at Bistro No 3 exceeded our expectations. Our host was friendly and helpful describing the menu which was only in Danish. Every course was outstanding- starting with the bread and butter! We started with oysters mignonette which were perfectly sized with a slightly sweet and salty flavor. Next we had the Tusk fish served as carpaccio. The preparation allowed the tender mild flavor of the fish to shine through. We ordered the fish of the day. I don’t know what is was besides delicious! There were so many flavors that worked perfectly together. We finished with the crème brûlée which had a wonderfully thick sugar crust. Overall, our dining experience at Bistro No 3 was one of the best in recent memory. I highly recommend it.

Fantastically delicious open sandwiches! Sweet, fast and wonderfully relaxing service. A little expensive, but worth every penny. Truly luxurious and delicious ingredients!
