Bistro59 Aalborg

First visit to Bistro59 and I was ready to come back the next day! This little gem in the middle of Aalborg is unique in every way The food is fantastically prepared from the best ingredients and is served with enthusiasm by a waiter who, in a pleasant way, both presents the food and advises on the best choice of wine for each course. The harmony between food, wine, service and quality is unmistakable. The next visit to this fantastic place will be in the near future

Really good experience. The prices for wine are a bit on the high end, but on the other hand there is a large selection. Can be highly recommended

This place is amazing. The food is fantastic, the service is great (Maria), and a very cozy atmosphere. The fish as entrée, the Hylleflynder, is a must.
