Bjarne's Pølser Ballerup

I have been visiting Bjarne's sausages for several decades, and it has always been possible to get a town hall steak with Laban sauce and brown sauce. And it reflects my stars. But on the last visit, the service consisted of 3 young men, who stated that it was not possible to get brown sauce as it was not finished yet. So I naturally asked if it was ready soon, since I had driven 40 km for it, I didn't mind waiting 5-10 minutes more. They stated that the sauce had been on the stove for approx. 4 hours, but that it was still lumpy so they didn't know when it could be served? 🤷 Also, they didn't have soft onions either. We tried the somewhat sparse town hall steak anyway. The experience was unfortunately disappointing. Hope that the young people will be better trained before they get to stand on their own two feet.

Everything was as you would expect from a good sausage truck. At Bjarnes, however, there are a lot of extras you can get on/with the food.

Sausage cart that must be visited. Known for their many good homemade dressings. But their prices must not be higher.

Under all criticism, pulled a piece of intestine of 7 cm out of one of the long roasted. Showed it to the staff who simply replied that they probably wouldn't eat that either.

The products are always professionally prepared. The wanted cafe tables have arrived a long time ago, thanks for that.
