One of the best restaurants we've ever been to. The cuisine is exceptional; the eight-course meal showcases meticulous preparation in every dish (special mention for the langoustines!). The service is simple and pleasant.

It's sublime - behind the names of the dishes, which send signals to the open-faced dishes that were previously served, there are hidden little taste bombs of excellent use of raw materials. This is the craziest, most satisfying food experience we've ever had. Every bite is a surprise. Very refined down to the smallest detail, yet no bullshit menu. The flavors and textures are amazing. Never tried anything like it before. Highly recommended! Staff is very service oriented as well. Everything is top notch!

With Thomas Wetle Andersen in the kitchen - we had the best menu experience in a long time - with many exciting and new taste experiences. Everything based on Danish smørrebrød and traditions - but what is on the plate is anything but traditional. So if you want to try something new - which is imaginative but ALWAYS delicious - then this is the place. I would like to highlight the egg dish, tomato dish, grandma's rosehip and the potato serving. Will come back as soon as possible. Value for money is top notch compared to other places in town.
