Blovstrød Kro is a place that lives up to the expectations of a good, old-fashioned inn. The atmosphere is authentic and cozy, and you immediately feel welcome as soon as you step inside. I visited the inn and chose their classic: fried pork with parsley sauce. The dish was well-prepared, and it tasted exactly as this kind of food should. Here you get good, solid inn family food that fills you up and leaves you wanting more. The service was also top notch. The staff was sweet and attentive, which contributed to the pleasant experience. The prices are fair and match the quality you get. All in all, it was a really good experience. If you are looking for a place with a real inn atmosphere and Danish food, Blovstrød Kro is an obvious choice.

Ok...cheap The food is average but enough of it

Blovstrød Kro has really improved lately. I highly recommend their steak and homemade bearnaise! And at reasonable prices!

Fantastic experience last night! Super fresh, friendly and accommodating waiter! He came by several times (but not intrusively) to check that everything was ok and if we needed more food. We ordered Menu 2 with ad libitum fried pork, parsley sauce, potatoes and a pancake with ice cream for dessert. The pork was perfectly fried. The sauce was just as it should be and the potatoes were new Danish 😍 We could almost roll out the door again 😍 We were also told that Monday and Tuesday would be the quiet days So I highly recommend starting the week with a delicious meal! 😍

Ordered a piece of meat and the boyfriend a veggie burger.. (I don't know why) 😄 but the veggie burger (remoulade, ketchup and salad.) assemble yourself.. somewhat boring. The meat was fine, the sleep was fine, the baked potato was also fine, but far too little garlic butter. Also got the pancake roll with ice cream. Reasonable price, but it could use a shot of extra sweetness.. Good options. Can easily be recommended.. avoid the veggie burger though.
