It's one of the best sandwiches in Copenhagen. Much better than the more famous places; if you're in the area, you can't go wrong.

King size sandwiches freshly made is the promise, and Blue House definitely delivered! Ordered a delicious tuna sandwich (number 6) which was ready in less than five minutes, and it did not disappoint. Server was super friendly. This lunch spot is absolutely worth visiting.

I just happened to be passing by this place, but the crisp sound of the crust and the generous filling made me stop. In an expensive city like Copenhagen, a restaurant with such affordable prices for a large portion that could feed two people was a surprise. We ordered a grilled beef and a salmon and avocado. Both were absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

Generous portions worth the money. Slightly odd food combinations, but a lot to choose from and I’m sure you can ask them to do something that you’d prefer over the set menu.

Really nice sandwich place! Big portions, lots of different options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. Definitely a great spot for lunch to takeout and eat by the canal

i had the no. 16. i loved the bread, it was crunchy and soft on the inside. i wasnt a big fan of the lamb though, it wasnt flavourful in my opinion. The salad filling had sprouts, which i particularly liked, and the saice was yummy too. will come again to try their other sandwiches for sure!

16/08/2026: Recently the quality of the food has improved significantly. The dishes are mostly the same but cooked with much more flavors
12/08/2026: The food is actually pretty good, but the wait time can be long. We were told the wait would be 25–30 minutes. I’m writing this after an hour has passed and we still don’t have our food. They seem seriously understaffed during peak dinner hours, with only three people in the kitchen trying to handle a huge number of online orders while dine-in customers are left waiting. Again, food is good, but my experience with the waiting time was bad, they did offered apologies.
