A small bar from 1917 which looks like ot has been untouched since. Nearly everyone in this place when we popped in on a Saturday afternoon was smoking. Cheap and recommended. Located right in the heart of Copenhagen.

Lovely little gem. And you can smoke inside 🙏 Just missing a draft beer facility. The bottled beers are not always completely cold. The service is a bit distant.

24/12/2025: We went for coffee a couple of days ago, after months of wanted to visit this cute place. The drinks were as expected. Nothing crazy, but a nice cup of tea and hot chocolate as you would expect in any regular coffee shop. The shop inside was insanely cozy and the decoration is the classic Danish style coffee shop, which I love <3 Unfortunately, the service wasn't super nice and made feel like we were bothering them. Maybe it was just that day, maybe there was a reason the person wasn't "in the mood", which is understandable to an extent, so we'll give it one more try and hope it doesn't happen again. But it would be nice (and take it from someone who is still working in hospitality, after 9 years) to make customers feel welcome. It doesn't take much. Just a warm "hello" is more than enough.
