Bone's Herlev

We received the best service you could wish for. I work in a housing association and we were today (October 30, 2024) at Bone's in Herlev. We had the best experience and everyone was thrilled. The staff in Herlev were so friendly and welcoming, even if we were a little difficult to dance with. They were on, refilled and took used dishes, and were helpful in meeting our needs. The staff raised the experience to a level I didn't expect possible at that price, really nice work 👏👏👏

Nice food, really good service, but the tables are crowded and there were loud customers

Baked potatoes are not very big and the ones we got were not hot, only lukewarm

It is not worth ordering currants in a larger portion than the small one, it is the same size and weight that comes in the medium version.

I especially liked the ribs. I was pleasantly surprised by the birthday offer. The birthday boy eats the main course without paying.

Just like all other bone's - they'll probably never learn to make "sweet potato fries" they're always a bit burnt😅 The salad bar is placed inappropriately, as the stairs go straight across without proper shielding and I don't dare think about how many things are in that salad bar🤣

We got the bill even though we hadn't asked for it, which was changed around the tables, the ice machine was broken (happens several times) and no chocolate sprinkles .... Food was perfectly fine

Fantastic staff who, despite the busyness, seem present and show an interest in each individual customer, regardless of whether they are children or adults. Professional and skilled young staff. Less fortunate is that you are referred to toilets in the basement even if you are unable to walk. There is a big shortage on the ground floor. And then there is a high noise level, as the room is large and full of guests. But can be improved with a noise-absorbing ceiling.

I have now visited Bones in Herlev a few times, and I have always met a friendly and smiling staff. However, I have noticed that the staff and the service are more "visible" in the evening after 5pm. Their salad bar is so delicious and has a wide selection. I can't put a finger on the food, it has always been wonderful and delicious. The prices are lisy at the high end, but I thought it harmonized well with the quality and experience of the food.
