Bone's København

I've eaten at this location multiple times and really love this place. It's one of the only restaurant that I know of in Copenhagen that offers this kind of American bbq experience. The ribs are perfectly seasonned and smeared in bbq sauce, meat is tender and juicy. I didn't expect much from the fries but I was surprised at how good they were. The setting is also very pleasant, a lot of effort has obviously been put in the decoration. The staff also takes time to explain the concept if you're not familiar with it. They aslo offer student discount from Monday to Thursday!

We come to Bones regularly and have never been disappointed. Good and cozy atmosphere, the food is super good, and the service is friendly and accommodating.

First time at Bones! Unfortunately not as well experienced as advertised... We tried their spareribs menu and the meat was spot on, good sauce too! The coleslaw was quite disappointing as it was a little watery and quite tasteless. Not sure if its homemade or not either. I had a baked potato with garlic butter on the side. The butter was so good, although the potato didnt seem fresh at all, quite stiff in fact... All in all, food was alright for those who havent had better or homemade.🤷‍♀️ My real issue here is the service! Coming into the shop there was no one to be found, only a few customers already digging in. Shortly after, a lady came to offer us a table and menu, then we ordered. The menu we ordered included spareribs, all you can eat fries or/and baked potatos and a very tiny portion of coleslaw (unless you upgrade to an all you can eat salad bar, then you get the coleslaw from there yourself). After eating up, i went in to ask for the tarts that were included. Heres my biggest issue. Note: I was talking to another waitress than the original one who took our order. I said we were ready for dessert and she asked me "which one" so i asked "theres more than one?" and she mentioned the pecan tart (which is included) and an apple tart. I didnt think of asking myself.. so i just said one of each, thinking they were both included. The pecan tart was delicious, while the apple tart was quite disappointing... When i go in to get the check i see i paid 60kr for 1 glass of soda (mind- and walletblowing) and 60kr for a piece of cake. I thought the cake was part of the menu. It wasnt. Problem: I was offered the apple tart and wasnt informed that its not included in the menu. My opinion of this, is that its really bad style to not check in with the customer about this information, when were already paying for a menu. I felt kind of cheated to pay more, and a little sad that it was absolutely not worth it. I hope my experience can help this restaurant become better, otherwise help warn others not to get their apple tart! Good day to all!

Always good at Bone's. Unfortunately, there aren't that many of them in Copenhagen.

Unfortunately, you can only make one review, so let me just add that here at the end of April 2026 the experience is still worth 5 stars. Lovely salad bar and friendly service. Always delicious and varied salad bar with vegetables, fruit, nuts, pasta, chicken, bacon, different types of cheese, pickled peppers and much more. Sometimes I just choose the salad bar. Also try their Bad Boy Burger, it's really good. NB: If you have a birthday, you eat free birthday spareribs. The dish can be changed to something else of the same value.

Cozy atmosphere and good food and helpful staff.

Excellent place for a good burger, highly recommended. Great flavor and very good service. I was passing through Copenhagen and Damas Gratis recommended I eat here, as they did on their tour last year.

Bones is a nice restaurant that gives you the service you would expect Aden is quite good, without being amazing. It's cozy Parking can be a problem.

Good for kids. Prices too high for the quality. The waiters were nice but a bit confused. It was also a busy evening.

Surprisingly good. It's not gourmet, but the steak was well-done and the meat was tender. A little more kick to the pepper sauce could be desired. The service was friendly and professional despite the young age. The salad bar is ok but not more. The decor a little too American for my taste. We'll come again another time.
