Great place to read and have a coffee. Smoothie can't be recommended but rest is good

A cozy café in the heart of Kolding. It works as a bookshop too and you can go and read the books. I like their Eiffel ham toast with mustard made with sourdough bread.

Nice and simple food and drinks with fresh ingredients. Relaxing atmosphere.

It's a really cozy place, with books available for you to read, free water, and a good place to enjoy a coffee. The matchá was not so strong, but in general they have tasty food, I like the Eiffel toast. The only bad thing is to study because they don't have wifi. But looove the atmosphere, and I will come back for sure!

A separate place -uhm- understood in the way that I have reaped two somewhat contrasting experiences at B & B: in that, on my first visit, the service seemed more rehearsed and, tangentially, "super smart" but at the same time very rushed (the hostess was forgetful, was it that I actually had to bring it down to the table I was sitting at)! In any case, it is pleasant to be able to sit and enjoy the coffee + with a book lying (open) and (yes) in front of one! The prices have gone up a lot & the second time I visited the place I had to politely "say no" and go elsewhere (the intention was to enjoy a mocca or hot coffee)! The city's café environments are currently heavily influenced by young women in particular; who do not always bother to show customer-mindedness or commitment to a customer's real needs. I ran into such an experience the other day and simply declined politely: as the tone was "harsh" about when exactly the place closed & how much time I had to make use of the B & B! (Despite the reviewer's name, I am a male customer & in spite of everything poo-poo with the project & good luck in the future. Also: thank you for the visits or the visit. My book purchase was very good and the service top notch ~ a shame with the second wormwood in the cup and probably due to a very young staff & on busy weekdays etc.)!!
