A really nice place for a cup of coffee and a quiet moment. Enjoy the coffee and some freshly baked sweet, surrounded by books from floor to ceiling. An extremely clean, neat and tidy place. Cozy and very stylish.

I stopped by Books & Beans, a cozy little café combined with a bookstore. I didn’t get to try the coffee or baked goods, but they looked perfectly decent. The book selection was nice, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It’s located just across the street from Restaurant Johansens, in a very charming part of town. Definitely worth a quick visit if you’re in the area.

Good coffee, I tasted their americano. Their pastries are ok, I got a brownie cookie which seemed a bit dry, the taste was good. The service is very friendly and the cafe has a good atmosphere

A cozy café and bookstore in one. Really deliciously prepared food and inspiring to look at the many titles while having a good time😊 In addition to being a cozy café to visit, exciting events are also held such as Knit, cozy and listen where you can find books that you would otherwise not discover... All in all, a good contribution to culture and café life in Kolding

31/10/2025: As a frequent traveler, I have been to this cafe several times in the past year. It's a nice place; the service is good. Unfortunately, they don't know how to make coffee. I ordered a flat white several times, and what I got looked and tasted like a filter coffee where they just poured the milk in (see my uploaded picture). They have a professional portafilter but seem not to know how to use it properly. Please let a barista show you how to use the machine correctly and how to foam the milk properly. Thanks!
