Really nice service, and many good activities

There was just a lack of cleaning by the sofa, which was full of food and crockery under the sofa and it wasn't particularly cozy. We will also take alcohol wipes with us next time, to clean the balls, because they were so greasy that they were difficult to use.

Cozy and nice food. Buffet where there is something for everyone, tastes big and small. It is constantly filled up, so there is not a very long wait, if at all, for anyone to be allowed to taste it all. There are so many different things on the buffet that there are not many people who can reach and taste it all before satiety occurs. The negative I have is that we booked a table on their website, and there we wrote that it was a birthday party and this has an impact on the price if you are a member. When we arrive at the place, there are flags on many tables as they usually do. Just not exactly on the table we were supposed to have so we had to ask for it, fine we can all forget, but when we had to pay, they had to spend a lot of time finding out if we were telling the truth and why the computer did not transfer the data we had given it. It can be done better, it was not a good end to an otherwise lovely evening, and having the feeling that the staff looked at you as if you were trying to cheat and were just some whiners.

Bowling, the places were far too small, we were 6 people but there was basically only room for 3 on a lane. The gap between our lane and the other lane was small! We ordered on the ipad at the track which worked fine, however confusion about whose drink is one's own as the waiters just delivered it without a word about what was ordered for our track and for our neighbour. We played night bowling and there was no physical red cone, so we constantly experienced that they did not keep an eye on when there was a "red cone" digitally at the outermost lanes and you had to call them
