Unfortunately, our visit to Brasserie Kontrast did not live up to expectations at all. We had been looking forward to a good experience, but were disappointed on several points. For starters we got lobster, but it was served on a cold plate, which ruined the overall impression. The risotto was also a disappointment – ​​it was presented without the slightest thought, as if no energy had been put into the dish. However, the Egg Yolk was passable but nothing special. The wine didn't make any difference and lacked the character we had hoped for when visiting a place like this. For the main course we had steak, which fortunately was nicely fried, but unfortunately the pepper sauce was far too acidic and took the focus away from the meat. All in all, we were left with a disappointment and a feeling that Brasserie Kontrast did not deliver the quality expected. We all left with a feeling that it could and should have been a better experience

Was indecisive about which oyster to try so I ordered all three kinds that were available. They were on the small side but tasty enough. Beef tartare was exceptional. A pleasant dinner at patio with attentive staff. Very enjoyable.

Great food. The cold salmon with white asparagus and the lemon meringue with olive oil were standout dishes.

The bad reviews on Google almost made me miss this restaurant Better than expected and more cost-effective than many restaurants The texture and portion of the ribeye are excellent, but the meat itself lacks saltiness. All the saltiness is in the sauce. It's much better after adding salt yourself. It is recommended to use liquid sauce instead. The Crème brûlée was delicious, but because it was so thin, the caramel was a bit too sweet. It is recommended to be thicker but smaller. The butter on the bread is sweet and surprising.

The place is very nice and welcoming, the staff extremely kind and helpful. The service was extremely slow, almost exasperating. The dishes will certainly be made with quality products but they are quite mediocre, it must have been a bad evening. I don't recommend it

We were due to visit Tivoli Gardens so booked this place - 5 minutes walk. It was lovely inside - light and bright and the staff were efficient and friendly. The food was great and I'd very much recommend it.

Third time at the Villa Brasserie restaurant, and for me and my big family it was again a fantastic experience. The service is in top, especially Maya, always friendly and have an enormous service personality. The food is great, good taste and flavour and if you don't want or can drink a whole bottle of wine, they have pretty good tap wine. Try the Chocolate ice cream, it is a must. The place is charming, historical and a comfortable place to be. Definitely worth a visit. I live in Copenhagen, and is one of my favorit restaurants.
