Brasseriet Vesthimmerlands

Booked table for 6 people 19:30 Saturday 9/3/2024. A 3-course menu is ordered. The starter arrives regularly late, but tastes really good. Here we are made aware of busyness due to overbooking. The main course arrives at 22:15, far too late, but tastes excellent. You can sense that the waiters and the other guests are frustrated by the delays. We get the food at their expense, and only pay for drinks, which is nicely done. If it wasn't for the extreme waiting time, the experience would have been a fantastic end to a long day at the Himmerland resort, instead we had to inhale the main course and ditch the dessert in order not to be too late. The plan was to leave Himmerland at 22:00 as we had a 2 hour drive home.
