Good food, well-made pasta and even the risotto was nice/tasty. My favorite was the chilli prawns (starter) and the wine, an Italian Pinot Noir.

Here you can get a really delicious lunch of tapas. It's a fantastic location with both outdoor and indoor seating. You can choose to enjoy a glass of wine outside with a view or on the terrace or inside with food. You should probably book, but we were lucky enough to get the last 2-person table that was available 🤗 the food tasted wonderful and the service was top notch. I'd love to come back but I'll probably order next time 😉

Absolutely a gem! Highly recommend going there and experiencing their delicious food, sweet welcoming staff and the fantastic atmosphere. There is the option to sit inside and outside and both are absolutely fantastic. If you sit outside you are right next to the water and inside they have a nice classic southern European atmosphere.

Always a truly fantastic experience to visit Brasseriet Baum. The staff is always welcoming and the service is top notch. The food and wine are fantastic, and you simply won't find a better place in Køge. They are also really good at taking allergies and other eating preferences into account. I have had a great experience where one of my fellow guests was vegan, and the kitchen put together a delicious salad with seasonal vegetables. I would guess that I have been there more than 10 times, and I will definitely be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I thought the 10-course menu was very heavy.
