24/06/2025: Snagged a late booking at this cozy little place. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was as relaxed as a Sunday morning. The menu was well-rounded. The cappellacci was the star of the show, and the tiramisu was a salty surprise. A bit pricey, but hey, quality comes at a cost!
22/06/2025: We visited Piola very late in the evening, around 9:40 PM, completely spontaneously – and were welcomed incredibly warmly. Despite the late hour and a menu that was already limited, the staff made a real effort to give us a wonderful experience. The service was attentive and personal, fast, friendly, and thoroughly professional.
The atmosphere is stylish, lively, and still cozy. We had olives, cappelletti with ricotta, great cocktails, and a classic tiramisu. Everything was of extremely high quality and absolutely great in taste – authentic, Italian, and prepared with love.
The vibe was open, warm, and genuine. You do pay a bit more, but in return you get real craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and an evening you’ll remember fondly.
