BRØDRE BAGERI Bornholm

Great bakery and pizzeria! Was on Bornholm for a week with the kids this summer, and after the first visit to Brødre, I had to come back every day and buy my morning bread and pastry. The pizzas are undoubtedly the best on the island - maybe in the whole country?!? And you have to look for a good atmosphere and nice, welcoming and smiling staff for a long time. Must visit if you are on Bornholm! I will definitely be back next summer.

Super delicious pizza, we just managed to order before closing time, and we got a super delicious capricciosa pizza, highly recommended. If we really had to make an effort to come up with some constructive criticism, it was that it was a tiny bit on the salty side.

This bakery makes excellent bread but we went there for their pizzas this time. And they are excellent. The style is traditional so they do not experiment with unusual flavors but the pizzas are spot on and made from good product and the bread is perfectly seasoned and cooked. I highly recommend this place.
