Very interesting story about our history in time

Went to the restaurant for a quick lunch, which was good but nothing to be excited about.

We had booked a stay with accommodation and a three-course gourmet menu. Thoroughly fine hotel and good surroundings and really good service. The food was also consistently delicious - only the dessert was a bit half-baked. Actually, the rooms were also quite nice - large and well equipped, but the beds were terrible. They were far too soft, and resulted in a seriously bad night's sleep.

We chose to celebrate our father's 80th birthday at Kongens Kælder in Christiansfeld, and it was undoubtedly the perfect setting for a memorable evening. We were presented with a fantastic seasonal menu, composed of fresh and delicious ingredients. The food was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds, and it was clear that the kitchen had put great care into each and every dish. The service was also welcoming and attentive throughout. All in all, an unforgettable experience that we can highly recommend.

Was at a Mexican wedding party. In 2022 Staff seemed good enough. 2024 we chose a 4 day stay.. First impression of the room, which they call truce, gave an ok impression.. until you got to the bathroom, here it smells of sour drain, you chose to turn on the taps and showers so the drain could be flushed through and open the window. Dinner After a good dinner and super good service. We went to the room again together smells came from the bathroom. We had to go again, it has been like this for 3 days. Brødremenigeden Hotel overall is an okay hotel with pluses and minuses and the hotel is centrally located for the various experiences in the city. A small minus if you have a room facing Hovedgade, there will be some noise from the street when people drive over the cobblestones. But they have earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
