We are not that fond of sugar, we think it is all, way too sweet! When we bake ourselves, we always add 50% or less sugar than what the recipes say.

14/10/2026: Bakery with fine pastries, bread and cakes. Price example: Spandauer 18.50 DKK. Unfortunately, the owner was not present, so I could not get permission to take pictures inside the shop. Otherwise friendly service, with the possibility of also buying half Wiener bars etc. The bakery is located on the outskirts of Herning city centre. It is not possible to sit inside and drink coffee and eat cake in the shop. It is possible to buy sandwiches etc.
29/09/2026: Order & pick up solution is brilliant. Get the month's purchases on ONE invoice = accounting etc of expenses/receipts is eliminated
