Lovely hotel in the middle of Skagen. Such a cozy atmosphere and really good service. Got mulled wine and Christmas cookies ♥️ and lovely song from Holmens Kantori.

Super delicious food. A bit like in Matador, missing Aunt Møghe. The rustle of history creeps in on you. Lovely restaurant.

Good Hotel with amazing breakfast. Only bad thing we experienced was that the room was extremely hot and there's no fans at all. We woke up multiple times sweating like crazy and even with the windows open there's almost no airflow.

23/10/2025: This place is definitely worth a visit.. Extremely pleasant service.. My bestie is a chef and also has only praise for the food we were served.. Fresh fish fillets and homemade remoulade.. Today 26.8.23 we got the offer of the month *starburst apple cake and coffee.. The dressing to die for.. Got extra even though there was plenty.. 😋😋🥰 3rd visit. Friend and I had bought a deal.. The waiter was a bit difficult to understand (not Danish). It was hot this day, asked if we could sit outside.. It was not possible even though there were others sitting outside.. We with deals had to sit in a row.. The food is never anything to complain about.. You eat well here.. 😋

15/12/2025: Cozy atmosphere with fantastic open sandwiches. Roast pork is irresistible, beer from the tap is perfect. Classic Danish eatery!
15/11/2025: Quick serving of 3 dishes, one of which was a tender and juicy duck on Mortensaften.
