Brøndums Hotel Frederikshavn

We have just checked out of Brøndums Hotel and it was beyond expectations. We stayed in a family room. The room is about 200 meters away from the hotel in a beautiful building with the most adorable rooms. We had a weekend stay with 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts. It was wonderful taste experiences as well as really warm and good service. The whole hotel is full of history and you feel like you are in a little pocket in time. If you have come to Skagen to feel thrown back to the time of the Skagen painters, then this is exactly where you should be :) Many thanks to you at Brøndums Hotel - it has been magical days.

Fantastisk service, mad og vin. Vi fik både østers, hovedret og dessert. Både Tournedos au poivre til hovedretten og crepes suzette til desserten blev flamberet ved bordet, hvilket var en rigtig god oplevelse. Vores tjener (som var findlandssvensk) var fantastisk nærværende og dygtig. Kan stærkt anbefale at besøge restauranten!

Besøgte Brøndums i Efterårsferien 2024. Bestilte smørrebrød til frokost. En ualmindelig dejlig oplevelse. Maden er fantastisk, personalet høflige og serviceminded og rammerne helt enestående. Det er en historisk tidslomme at træde ind i. Et godt råd er at bestille ét stykke smørrebrød ad gangen... man går absolut godt mæt fra stedet. Mæt af både gode mad og oplevelse. Vi kommer naturligvis igen.

We felt very welcome with a staff that really lives up to good service

Well-kept and nicely old-fashioned furnished rooms but all the noise that happens; in the corridor, in other rooms and in the rest of the hotel can be heard in the rooms. The room also doesn't have a toilet or shower, simple things like shoehorns were missing. Shared toilet and shower worked very well to use though. The breakfast was very good and luxurious, but there is nothing here at all for allergy sufferers. Beautiful premises with beautiful paintings. I expected more from the food in the restaurant but the service was top notch, also from all the other staff. The restaurant should really purchase an awning or similar over its windows as the sun makes the premises feel like a sauna.

Beautiful location in the middle of the city. Nice to be a historic place with so much tradition. We enjoyed the food and the garden.

A beautiful hotel. Nice and quiet location. Cozy rooms. A fantastic breakfast buffet. Delicious and everything you want. A stay here is recommended.
