Brobyværk Kro Faaborg-Midtfyn

My husband and I were on a cycling trip through Denmark. This restaurant was recommended by the concierge at our hotel and was about a 20 minute taxi ride away. It is fine dining and has a very nice interior. Food was delicious. I had the special which was venison meatloaf and was excellent. And our server was excellent. It was a very nice dining experience eating here and we recommend it.

Fantastic lovely weekend stay. The inn is beautiful and really nicely renovated. Our room was a standard with no view. The room was fine, nice newer furniture and it was clean and tidy. If you plan to spend time in the room, it is recommended to choose one with a view as our window/garden door was right next to the entrance to the building and we therefore had the curtains drawn when we were in the room. But it was no problem, just a little tip. The most amazing thing about the inn and what completely gives 5 stars is the kitchen, the food they make is simply fantastic, all the dishes we had were so beautiful and tasty, really made with care and love, and you could taste it. I would definitely like to come back em another time. All the employees we met were very nice and welcoming, so thank you for a thoroughly wonderful weekend.

As usual a good place. Like the style. Always friendly and correct. The food (lunch) is extremely satisfactory.

Super delicious Steak Wellington and cod. Really cozy place and good service. Can be recommended.

Great room with a view and fantastic food.

Really delicious food and service at Brobyværk kro. We ordered from their menu and bought an extra dish. In addition, we took a wine menu and a juice menu. It was all beyond expectations. Extremely tasty food and super friendly staff. Definitely a place we will come back to. Note that they also run ala carte and the dish of the day for those guests who do not want to sit down with a 3-5 course menu. The restaurant and accommodation also seemed well visited by various craftsmen in the area. It seems like a good sign in terms of quality and price. Clear recommendation from here.

Super delicious, not the last time I come there

Nice place with service with a smile. However, the food is VERY expensive, and although the taste is good, there is not much on the plate. But the atmosphere and the breakfast are top notch..

Overnatning og middag .Ved ankomst var det et ret uengageret personale, der ikke kiggede op os og havde travlt med at se på deres papirer. Sagde min mands ellers ret almindelig navn forkert flere gange. Fint værelse( kaffemaskine virkede ikke) ellers ok. Skulle spise kl 20. Dejlig mad og god vin. Den unge kvinde var nu lidt mere engageret, den unge mandlige tjener virkede sur, hørte ikke at vi bad om glas vin og ikke en flaske. Virkede stødt da visagde det. Efter afrydning af hovedret blev der ikke spurgt om maden var god eller om vi ønskede dessert. Efter 10 min. Kaldte vi og spurgteom han havde glemt os. ( vi var de eneste i rummet) og han virkede nu mega sur! Helt anden oplevelse næste morgen med en smilende og venlig kvinde i reception og morgenrestaurant. Synd at der ikke er mere kompetent personale…..
