Very interesting building and info center that blends well into the nature, with a view up to the Hammershus ruin, beautiful

Good food with a view of the ruins.

The visitor center is okay. It's not a major tourist attraction, as the castle itself is the main attraction. However, you can buy coffee, souvenirs, and guidebooks. Well integrated into the surrounding area, it doesn't disrupt the overall view.

Beautiful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the incredible view of Hammershus.

Delicious food.. great view of Hammershus. And generally clean and tidy everywhere.. bought Hammershus burger.. shooting star.. Paris steak and their homemade chicken nuggets... Really good food and definitely worth a visit

I'm thrilled. The view of Hammershus and the sea is fantastic. Add to that a delicious breakfast – a great way to start the day. I highly recommend the chicken sandwich. And I even charged my phone while I was there. Perfect for the next leg of the Kyststi trail.

Perfectly integrated into the landscape, you can learn about the castle's history, buy souvenirs, or grab a bite to eat. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view of the castle…

Lovely visitor centre with a very good museum shop. Great selection of ice cream (important point for our three-year-old) and souvenirs. Very reasonable prices. Fantastic view over Hammershus which we appreciated since it was pouring down during our visit. Kind staff in the museum shop and we really enjoyed our visit despite the weather. Plenty of restrooms that were clean and spacious. Would love to visit again when the weather is better.
