Rigtig hyggelig og stemningsfulde lokaler. Der var tre menuer at vælge imellem, vores valg faldt på tapas serveringen, som var små, lækre retter, der var meget mættende. Vi kunne ikke finde plads til dessert, selvom det så lækkert ud. Personalet sætter sig ved bordet og introducerer menuen og stedets historie, når man ankommer, hvilket vi fandt meget nærværende og hyggeligt. Maden var rigtig god og der var stort udvalg af vin og andre drikkevare.

My all time favourite restaurant.

Det er svært at finde noget der kan trække ned på den oplevelse vi havde i aftes. Et kulinarisk besøg af dimensioner Sublim mad og vin tilsat en fantastisk tjener der brillierede med stort kendskab til vinhuse og sin passion for faget og for at give os “almindelige” en oplevelse af dimensioner. 10 stjerner herfra

We had a really nice lunch in Brygger Bauers Grotter on Saturday 4 January 25. The prices are certainly reasonable. Good wine and beer. It was all accompanied by a very professional, sweet and welcoming waiter who creates a fantastic experience for all guests. Service on par with Michelin.

A completely integrated experience. Fantastic atmosphere in the old caves, where you feel welcome and super well received by the sweet waiters. The waiters were also very good at talking about food, wine and history - but still at an appropriate level. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the two waiters (a young man and a young woman), but it is by far the best service experience I have had in several years. Perfect. And yes, the trees grew into the sky, because the food (6-course signature menu) was also completely outstanding. Superbly well-coordinated both in relation to taste, composition and quantities. We often eat out, and have visited various delicious places in the kingdom, and must say that Brygger Bauers is at the high end. Sublime experience. Thanks.

The first time we visited the restaurant a year ago, for days we couldn't get the conversation away from the HUGE overall experience we were enriched with. Dare we bet that the successes were just as overwhelming the second time around? We dared to bet. And well, we did. Everything just played right from the arrival we were greeted by a smiling staff. The food is just an experience in itself. And the food description from a zealot of a chef is so amazing. I can really recommend this restaurant if you want to be sure of a successful experience.
