Although it is on the pricier side, once you taste their food, price is not only excused but also explained. They cure their meats and make the cheese inhouse - which you are incredible. Great atmosphere and service. The burrata was out of this world.

Second visit (a year later): the Garlic Bread ingredients has changed, and it was not as good as it used to be… Buratta and Mushroom Pizza was great though

It's a bit far from the center and also quite expensive, but their Burmese pizza and mozzarella are so good you should try it regardless of the price.

We found this place to be overrated. The pizza dough is good, but it doesn't have any particularly unique flavor. It's just a standard pizza, in our opinion. The ingredients are natural and delicious, I can't deny that, but it's too expensive...it's best to know that before you go. Also, the staff's constant scolding-like demeanor bothered us a lot; a more positive energy would be good for the place.

We were eager to try Baest after learning it's considered the second-best pizza in Europe. We made a reservation beforehand. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome and were shown to our table. The service was attentive and friendly throughout.
The waiter took the time to advise us on our choices and was very accommodating to our requests to avoid certain ingredients. We also particularly enjoyed the open kitchen.
The pizzas arrived surprisingly quickly. We ordered Margherita and Stracciatella. Both were delicious, though we preferred the Stracciatella. The restaurant itself is clean, simply and modernly furnished, without excessive decoration.
Worth a visit.

The best restaurant I've tried in the city, by far. The restaurant's concept, centered around sharing dishes, allows you to discover a wealth of flavors, and the simplicity of the bread and olive oil combination is perfect. The black garlic bread as a starter is also a pure delight. I hope to return someday.
