I'm willing to travel all the way from Copenhagen to Aalborg to visit Buens Bogcafé. It's seriously the coziest place to meet people over a cup of cocoa and find a good book to read on the way home!

A fabulous place to enjoy excellent coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the cozy atmosphere of a cosmopolitan bookstore. (All-gender restrooms available!) The price-performance ratio is also excellent. 😃☕️

A wide range of LGBTQIA+ books, including both fiction and nonfiction. I really love their selection of knickknacks, stickers, hair clips, patches, and cards as last-minute gifts to pair with the book I've gotten someone.

21/12/2025: Family dinner at Julins Café was super cozy. There was good service from the staff who were helpful and had answers to all our questions. There were 10 of us and everyone was fed with good food. I myself had the beef fillet steak, it is good and can be recommended. You don't sit too close and the noise level is not too high.

20/01/2026: Our third visit to this place, a few years since we last visited, but the standard was as great as we anticipated. Very friendly service and excellent food at affordable prices. Absolutely among the best indian cousine restaurants we have visited over the years, highly reccomended!
