Ate at Burger Boom twice during my 6-day stay in Aalborg, and both visits were solid. I tried the spicy chicken burger and the regular beef burger—both were good, but the chicken stood out more for me. Crispy, well-seasoned, and not too greasy. You could tell it was made fresh, not pulled from a freezer. The food overall was tasty, portions were just right, and prices were fair for the quality. Nothing felt overpriced or overly complicated—just straightforward, good burgers done properly. Staff were genuinely nice on both visits (one even came to tell me she wasn’t sure the burger was well done!) —friendly, helpful, and quick to serve even during the lunch rush. The place was clean and well managed. If you’re in Aalborg and want a casual, no-fuss burger spot with good food and kind staff, this place is a great choice. Would easily go back again.

Ordered via Wolt to my hotel on Carnival Saturday. The advertised delivery time was undercut; the burger arrived delicious and hot, and the fries were crispy. It came with a cold drink and mayonnaise. Highly recommended

This is a great place to eat some delicious burgers, with your kids and wife. The vibe is chilled, the hamburgers are fresh made, the ingredients feel fresh. You should enjoy and use the Frokost menus, which have very good price-quality balance. I highly recommend trying (and coming back) this place

The burger was fresh and tasted good. However, I have tasted better homemade pickles. But overall a delicious burger. However, their fries are on a pretty low level, so four stars from me.

Jeg har efterhånden fået mad fra Burger Boom flere gange. Er altid godt tilfreds med det, mega lækkert og så endda økologisk

08/07/2025: We had ordered beef steaks with side dishes. I'm sure it wasn't beef steak but a flat-cut veal schnitzel. The taste was okay and we were hungry so we ate it but when you pay for a steak, that's what you expect.

24/05/2025: A typical Scandic hotel in a central location in Aalborg, right next to the Kulturfoum. The city center and Aalborg St. are just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast offers a very good selection: fruit, cold cuts, cheese, bread, rolls, crispbread, juice, hot chocolate, egg dishes, salads, etc. All fresh and delicious. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly and accommodating at all times. There is also a small shop at the reception where you can buy drinks, sweets, and sandwiches for a quick snack. There is also a bar where you can buy beer, wine, and other beverages, both for consumption at the bar and to take to your room. Value for money: The already high Danish prices rose even further during Carnival, so we found it a bit too expensive this time… We would still be happy to return to this or one of the other Scandic hotels.
